Dr. Tony K. Hom, OD, MS
Dr. Tony K. Hom is a graduate of Columbia University. He earned his Doctor of Optometry at SUNY College of Optometry in 1990.
Dr. Hom founded the practice, Vision 27 in the communities of Edison and Metuchen.
Dr. Hom specializes in Orthokeratology (OK) Lenses, which corrects one's vision and stops the progression of myopia.
Dr. Hom is a member of several vision-related organizations: American Optometric Association (AOA), New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians (NJSOP), and the Orthokeratology Academy of America (OAA).
Dr. Hom presented seminars to promote Vision Health Awareness at community events.
- March 5, 2010 at East Brunswick local school. Topics included eye exam, Orthokeratology, medical equipment, and electronic health record software.
- September 18, 2010 at a East Brunswick local church, Trust in God Baptist Church. Topics involved Orthokeratology, Macular Degeneration, and Dry Eyes.
Dr. Hom volunteered at a vision screening sponsored by the Lions Club at New Brunswick's Relay for Life event.
